Consultant - Cloud Native Infrastructure & AIOps

The Opportunity
We seek a talented, experienced consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be designing and implementing AI-driven automation, modern cloud-native infrastructures and full-stack AI infrastructures as well as support sales teams in the pre-sales stages by assisting them in offering the best of our solutions to our customers. You will work closely with customers, developers, architects and sales teams to ensure a robust, scalable, and high-performance solution based on Nutanix platform.

Your Role
- Design and deploy cloud native infrastructure with Nutanix Kubernetes (NKP).
- Develop and maintain automated solutions with Nutanix Kubernetes (NKP).
- Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
- Deploy Kubernetes automation mechanisms (e.g., ArgoCD or FluxCD).
- Deploy full-stack artificial intelligence infrastructure with Nutanix AI (NAI).
- Develop scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Design and collaborate with customer teams to implement automation solutions.
- Create documentation using Enterprise Architecture Frameworks.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying technology infrastructure for customers.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role with a focus on Kubernetes-driven infrastructure, including CNI (networking), CSI (storage), and RBAC (security).
- Advanced proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Bash or Python, and development with REST APIs.
- Fair experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or others.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g.: Terraform and Ansible).
- Solid experience with observability stacks (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana) and Logging (e.g.: ELK Stack).
- Hands-on experience working with AIOps leveraging GenAI tools, LLM APIs, or AIOps frameworks.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into automation scripts or software development workflows.
- Familiarity with AIOps concepts, using machine learning to enable predictive monitoring and self-healing capabilities.
- Familiarity with open standards for AI integration, such as MCP.
- Ability to think strategically and build an architecture focusing on customers needs.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team collaboratively.
- Excellent oral and written skills in Spanish and upper intermediate proficiency in English (writing/reading & listening/speaking). Portuguese is a plus.
Work Arrangement
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
